Hourleaf is built to know as little about you as possible. Your timetable, notes and notebooks stay on your device. Here is what data we process for this website, the wait list and the beta.
In short
- The app stores your timetable, notes, notebooks, tasks and drawings only on your device. It does not send them anywhere.
- This website uses no cookies and no analytics. Fonts are served from our own server.
- We process your email only with your consent and only for news about the Hourleaf app and the beta.
- You can unsubscribe from every email in one click. We do not sell your data or use it for ads.

Who we share data with
Only these processors handle your data, and only as far as their service requires:
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France): storing the wait list and sending emails.
- Tally (Tally BV, Belgium, data stored in the EU): the beta application form.
- Netlify (Netlify, Inc., San Francisco, USA): hosting this website.
Netlify and Brevo may transfer data to the USA. Such transfers are protected by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
The Hourleaf app
Your timetable, notes, notebooks, files, tasks and drawings are stored only on your device and are not sent anywhere, including during the beta. You save backups to a file yourself. The beta rules (surveys and anonymous usage data) come separately with your invitation and apply only once you agree to them.
What this website stores in your browser
No cookies. If you switch the language manually, your browser remembers the choice (localStorage) so the website does not switch it again based on your browser settings. Nothing else is stored and none of it is sent anywhere.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the link in any email or by writing to matustannhauser@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before.
You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live: in Czechia the Office for Personal Data Protection, in Slovakia the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. We will let you know about any significant change by email.
